This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the law299 platform by all Malaysian users. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering an account or using any of the services provided. Continued use of this platform constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the law299 platform — including the website, mobile application, and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the law299 platform. law299 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use after such changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. law299 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend or close accounts that fail to meet this requirement.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on law299. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. law299 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to meet internal compliance requirements.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Keep your password and account login details confidential at all times.
  • Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without authorisation.
  • Notify law299 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • All activity conducted through your account, including financial transactions and bets placed.

Law299 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

3. Payments, Transactions & Currency

All financial transactions on the law299 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). law299 accepts a range of local payment methods commonly used by Malaysian users, including online bank transfers via FPX and supported e-wallets.

Successful deposits credited to your account are typically processed within the timeframe indicated at the time of the transaction. Any delays caused by third-party financial service providers are beyond law299's control.

For withdrawal requests, users are required to fulfil the following conditions:

  • Full identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your law299 account.
  • Any bonus received is subject to the applicable rollover requirements before related winnings may be withdrawn.
  • Law299 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits.

Law299 is not liable for any charges or fees imposed by a user's financial institution in connection with deposit or withdrawal transactions.

  • Selling, transferring, or assigning your account to another party without prior written consent from law299.

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Law299 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. law299 is not liable for:

  • Financial losses arising from service disruptions, technical delays, or system failures beyond our control.
  • Betting or game outcomes that have been settled in accordance with the established rules.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the law299 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the property of law299 or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Account Policy, Terms Changes & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure

Law299 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: confirmed fraud or suspicious activity, violation of these Terms & Conditions, inability to verify the user's identity, or at the request of legal authorities. Any valid balance in an account closed for reasons not attributable to user fraud will be processed for refund in accordance with the established procedures.

Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting law299 customer support. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.

Changes to Terms

Law299 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with legal obligations or to protect the security of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the law299 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be referred to a tribunal or court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
